Commission ArtFrequently Asked Questions
- Deposit and Final Payment: You are required to put a deposit down on commissioned artwork. This deposit is 40% of the total cost. Final payment is required before a completed painting is mailed/ given to you. - Refunds: You don't have to purchase your commissioned art piece if you aren't happy with the end result. If you cancel your commission BEFORE the project has been started, you'll receive a partial refund of your deposit. This covers the cost of my time. If you decide you do not want the completed piece, your entire deposit is non-refundable. - Time Frame: Anticipate commissioned paintings taking approximately 4-6 weeks to complete (this timeline may change depending upon material used). - Shipping: All shipping on original artwork is free. |
